Yes, there is a 3% booking fee and 5% GST (mandatory government tax) due at the time of booking.What should I expect?

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

Yes! Children under 5 are free, however you must provide a child seat that can be installed in the van.

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS REQUIRED TO RUN A TRIP?

Yes - if a tour date has less than 3 people registered, we reserve the right to cancel.

WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Up to 48 hours before your trip - should you wish to cancel, we will refund your full payment minus Big Nature's service fees, incurred by processing your transaction online through our payment processor.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the trip are not eligible for refund.
