WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Full payment is required upon booking.

Up to 48 hours before your trip - should you wish to cancel, we will refund your full payment minus Big Nature's service fees, incurred by processing your transaction online through our payment processor.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the trip are not eligible for refund.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

Yes! Children under 5 are free, however you must provide a child seat that can be installed in the van

ABOUT THE PARKS CANADA ACCESS FEE

The Parks Canada access fee must be paid for any trip that includes a stop at Moraine Lake. The $169.54 access fee is charged per vehicle, and will be added to your trip fee if your trip itinerary includes accessing Moraine Lake Road.

CAN YOU PICK UP IN CUSTOM LOCATIONS?

Yes! On the day of your private van booking, we can pick you up anywhere between Calgary and your destination.

CAN WE GO ELSWEHERE ON A SIGHTSEEING TRIP?

We can bring guests to many Canadian Rockies areas, such as Banff, Kootenay and Yoho National Parks, Lake Minnewanka, Kananaskis, Athabasca Glacier, or the Icefields Parkway. We're happy to work with you on a trip itinerary that suits you and your group. Please contact us with inquiries about custom itineraries.
